Before the Fair

Promotion will include thousands of emails and postcards to qualified buyers, advertising in local and national trade publications, local and regional newspapers, radio, and television prior to the events.

Reservations are recommended for all events. Late registrations and day-of-show registrations, if available, will incur a surcharge.

Special “hobbyist” tables are available to encourage new and casual collectors to participate. The rate is $85 for one eight-foot table. All items must fit on the table, and nothing is allowed on the floor. Limit one per customer.

Food concessions are available for $200 for the weekend. Please call 727-345-6627 and speak to Jeff Francis for more information.

A deposit of $100 per event is required by one month prior to the event. Deposits and fees are nonrefundable.

Liability waiver must be signed by each exhibitor.

Confirmation of spaces and entrance credentials will be sent four weeks prior to the event. We can also hold them for you at the gate if you are traveling.

At the Fair

All types of antiques and collectibles are welcome, except that antique reproductions are not allowed.

Electricity is included with indoor spaces, and for concessionaires outside using up to 20 amps. For concessionaires needing more than 20 amps, a $2 per amp surcharge will apply. Outdoor vendors needing electricity must pay the $20 per night camping hookup fee.

Six- and eight-foot tables are available to rent for $12 for the weekend.

All booths must maintain the appearance that one would expect at this type of event. All inside booths must use flame-retardant tablecloths that reach the floor. No “for sale” or “discount” signs allowed.

Camping is allowed. Camping on outside spaces, and trailer parking is free on event days and set-up days. Electrical hookups are available for $20 per day. Showers are available on-site.
